Launched in Autumn 2016 by Beth Pollak and Delphine McNeill, “Livotte is a glamorous silk blouse made in an organic cotton jersey. It’s a new wardrobe staple, meant to be paired with one’s own favorite designer pieces.” Having both worked in fashion for over fifteen years in New York, Paris, London and Milan, the fashion veterans found a need in the marketplace as well as their own wardrobes. They are committed to bringing organic, locally sourced luxe cotton jersey tops to women across the globe. Their aim is to make dressing well effortless and sustainable.
After studying fashion design at FIT, Beth Pollak spent five years in Lucky magazine’s fashion department developing the relationship between reader and retailer. From editorial she moved to wholesale, where she spent several years growing denim and t-shirt brands, Beth’s every day uniform. With a love of denim and t-shirts, Beth made it her mission to reinvent the basic tee and turn it into a luxury and sustainable staple.
Delphine McNeill went from producing runway shows in NY, Paris and Milan to working in-house on pr and private sales for the NY based label, Tuleh. When Barneys New York began their expansion plan they brought in Delphine as head of Special Events for new store openings, designer, charity, press and influencer events. After seven years and a move to the UK, she met her future business partner and knew they were an unstoppable team.
Together, the fashion veterans are committed to bringing organic, locally sourced luxe cotton jersey tops to women across the globe. Their aim is to make dressing well effortless and sustainable. Pollak and McNeill founded Livotte to introduce a t-shirt…elevated. It takes women through their day, from the school run to a meeting and out to dinner. It’s a luxe tee designed and made in London. Wear, wash, repeat. Dress it up, dress it down and most importantly, wear it your way.
Live in It. Love in It. Lunch in It!
